Students from the Art Club took part in the Youth Crime Prevention Banner Design Competition organised by the Serangoon & Sengkang NPC in February 2008. They emerged as the 1st runner-up in the competition. The students are Chin Thy Thy (3E2), Hoang Dinh Thien Anh (2E3) and Duong Vu Quynh Nhu (3E1)
